How we work

Small by design. We take on a limited number of client projects at any given time, so decisions are made by the people doing the work, not passed up a chain.
Direct contact. The person you talk to about your project is the person who builds it. Nothing gets lost between sales and delivery, because there is no separation between them.
One owner, start to finish. The same person follows your project from scoping to delivery, and stays reachable after go-live.
How a project starts. A short conversation about what you need, a written scope before any work begins, then building, with plain-language updates as we go, not silence until the deadline.

What we build

Four areas make up most of the technical work:

Java. Backend systems and APIs built on Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate: the kind of work where the data model has to be right before anything else, typically for internal tools and services other systems depend on.

Fullstack web. Angular or React on the frontend, Node.js and TypeScript underneath, PostgreSQL or MySQL for data, packaged and shipped through Docker with AWS hosting and Jenkins for the build pipeline: from the interface a user sees through to the server that runs it.

Industrial automation. Certified in Siemens STEP7 and ladder-logic programming, with hands-on experience in Loxone smart-building systems, a smaller, specialist part of the practice, for businesses that need control-system or building-automation work alongside their software.

AI automation. Python and PyTorch for the model side, YOLO and DeepSORT for real-time video analysis and object tracking: practical automation for businesses that need a system to watch, count, or flag something continuously, not a one-off report.

What we have built

We run our own products alongside client work. Both show how we build and operate things end to end: this is what we point to when someone asks whether we have done this kind of work before.

Filigrelle

Laser-cut personalized gifts and home decor, sold through our own e-commerce shop. We built the brand, the shop, and the systems behind it, and we still run it day to day.

PraxAI

Practical AI training, audits, and automation consulting for businesses that want to use AI in their day-to-day work rather than just talk about it. It is where we apply the same approach (scope it, build it, keep it running) to client projects in the AI space.
