Who we are
This website, hantasy.eu, is operated by Hantasy OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registry code 17329558), with its registered address at Sakala tn 7-2, 10141 Tallinn, Harju county, Estonia, represented by Gabriel Nagy. Hantasy OÜ is not liable to VAT and does not hold a VAT number.
Hantasy OÜ is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

What personal data we process
This site does not have a contact form, a user account system, or a shop. Because of that, there are only two ways personal data can reach us:
- Email contact. If you write to info@hantasy.eu, we process your email address, name (if you give one), and the content of your message, in order to reply to you. This is handled as ordinary business email, not through a form or a database on the website.
- Website analytics. The Google Site Kit plugin is installed on this site, but it is not currently connected to any Google service (such as Google Analytics or Search Console). At present, this site does not collect analytics data and does not set any analytics cookies. If this changes in the future, it will only happen with your prior consent where required, and this policy will be updated to reflect it.
We do not collect payment information, shipping addresses, or account credentials on this site.
Legal basis for processing
- Replying to your email: legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, and, where your message concerns a potential contract, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
- Website analytics: consent, where required by applicable law, or legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.
How long we keep your data
- Email correspondence sent to info@hantasy.eu is kept for 3 years after our last substantive contact with you, after which it is deleted.
- If our correspondence leads to a contract or an invoice, the related documents are kept for as long as required under our accounting obligations (7 years from the end of the financial year in which the transaction was recorded, under Estonia’s Accounting Act, § 12(1)).
Who we share data with
- Google, through the Site Kit integration, to the extent analytics services are actually connected and enabled. Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area under its own safeguards (including Standard Contractual Clauses).
- Websupport, our website hosting provider (based in Slovakia, EU), which stores the site’s files and processes data as necessary to serve the website.
We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability, to the extent these rights apply to your situation. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@hantasy.eu.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), or with the supervisory authority in your own country of residence.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
